A full road closure will be in place in Cardiff City Centre from 2 50pm until 8pm so if you are planning on driving to the event, we strongly advise to book Park and Ride with our official parking partners ParkJockey in advance.

Road closures
There will be a full city centre road closure from 2:50pm – 8pm
For a full road closure the following roads are closed
- Kingsway from its junction with North Rd to its junction with Duke St.
- Cowbridge Road East from its junction with Cathedral Rd to its junction with Westgate St.
- Tudor St from its junction with Clare Rd to its junction with Wood St (access for residents & traders will be permitted via Fitzhammon Embankment)
- Plantagenet St & Beauchamp St from their junctions with Despenser Place to their junctions with Tudor St (access for residents & traders will be permitted)
- Saunders Road from its junction with St Mary Street
- Customhouse Street throughout its length (access to private car parks will be permitted)
- Penarth Road from its junction with Saunders Road to the entrance leading into the rear of the Central Train Station
- The following roads will be closed in their entirety: – Duke St, Castle St, High St, St.Mary St, Caroline St, Wood St, Central Sq, Westgate St, Quay St, Guildhall Pl, Golate, Park St, Havelock St & Scott Rd.
Additions:
- Saunders Road, Custom House Street & Penarth Road closed 5pm-8pm
- Saunders Road from its junction with St Mary Street
- Customhouse Street throughout its length (access to private car parks will be permitted
- Penarth Road from its junction with Saunders Road to the entrance leading into the rear of the Central Train Station
- Civic Centre: Access to the Civic Centre will be controlled, with access allowed only for match-day parking, loading and access to private car parks. Roads affected include: King Edward VII Avenue, Museum Avenue, City Hall Road, College Road & Gorsedd Gardens Road
Please Note: If there are any safety concerns in connection with the Central Station queuing system then Wood Street, Westgate Street, Park Street, Havelock Street, St Mary Street, Penarth Road, Saunders Road and Custom House Street will remain closed until safety concerns are remedied.
Coming by train?
If you’re planning on coming to the match by train then we advise you check Arriva Trains Wales events page to ensure you’re aware of the match day arrangements. There will be a queuing system at Cardiff Central Train Station post-match event so we strongly advise you identify your queuing lane for your return journey before you attend the event. Queen Street Station will close shortly before the end of the event, all trains will depart from Cardiff Central Train Station.

Coming by coach or bus?
National coaches will be running from Sophia Gardens during the day which is a short 10 minute walk along the river to the Stadium.
Local bus services will be diverted out of the central city centre bus stops. Bus displaced from stops within the closure will relocate to either Churchill Way for the East. Greyfriars Road for the North or Tudor Street for the West. Please visit www.cardiffbus.com for more information.
Please make your way in early
To ensure you don’t miss out on any of action please make your way into at least 30 minutes before kick-off. While searching spectators can be time consuming, it is a necessary measure to ensure the safety of all our visitors. Rucksacks and larger bags should be left at home if at all possible. Be prepared to encounter delays on entry at Principality Stadium if you have a bag with you. If you arrive at the stadium shortly before kick-off, be aware we give no assurance you will be in your seat in time for the start of the game. For full information visit
